DCA-BR and PMI from Sao Jose dos Campos promote lecture on Aircraft Project Management.
DCA-BR and PMI (Project Management Institute) from Sao Jose dos Campos promote on March 31 at 19h the lecture on aircraft project management. The event is part of the lecture series sponsored by PMI Sao Jose dos Campos, and it will happen in the Veris IBTA/room 08, Sao Jose dos Campos.
The aim of the lecture is to introduce the concepts of Project Management applied to aeronautical products, considering the specific characteristics that differ it from other products. Items such as its complexity and high safety levels required make the project management use specific tools to achieve the scope within cost and time planned. Thus, this lecture will have some considerations about the characteristics of the aeronautical product, its life cycle, practices applied during the planning, implementation and project closure.
The speaker, Luiz Munaretto, is PMP, has an MBA in Project Management, is test pilot, engineer, and currently works as Program Manager of DCA-BR.
